Binh Duong Riverside Science & Technology Industrial Park

Location

Strategically located in Long Nguyen Ward and Tay Nam Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Riverside Science & Technology Industrial Park forms a key component of the city’s northern high-tech industrial corridor. The development is envisioned as a satellite innovation park supporting the core Science & Technology City, in line with the Northern Ho Chi Minh City Science & Technology City Development Strategy”.

Planning – Legal Status

The project is aligned with the approved strategic planning framework, including:

  • Binh Duong Provincial Master Plan 2021–2030, with a Vision to 2050 (Decision No. 790/QĐ-TTg dated 3 August 2024)
  • Adjustment to the Thu Dau Mot Urban Master Plan (Decision No. 3544/QĐ-UBND dated 9 December 2024)
  • Adjustment to the Ben Cat City Master Plan covering the Binh Duong Riverside Science & Technology Industrial Park and the adjacent Commercial–Service Urban Area (Decision No. 1337/QĐ-UBND dated 16 May 2025)

These planning approvals establish a robust foundation for the project’s long-term development.

The project will establish a world-class innovation manufacturing ecosystem, integrating research, education, technology transfer, advanced manufacturing, and commercialization within the Science & Technology City. By shortening the innovation cycle—from research and prototyping to industrial production and market deployment—the development will strengthen regional competitiveness, attract global technology investment, generate high-quality employment, and accelerate the transition toward a knowledge-based and innovation-driven economy.

Project Development Partners

The project is being jointly explored by IMPCOBECAMEX, and Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) under a strategic partnership model. By combining IMPCO’s strategic land portfolio, BECAMEX’s industrial infrastructure development expertise, and VSIP’s internationally recognized industrial park platform, the partnership aims to create a next-generation Science & Technology Industrial Park with regional competitiveness. The collaboration draws inspiration from Singapore’s globally recognized development model, leveraging the experience and best practices of JTC Corporation, Temasek, and Surbana Jurong (Singapore) in building integrated industrial and innovation ecosystems.
