Location

Strategically located in Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the development sits at the heart of the Industrial–Urban–Services Complex, with direct connectivity to the Concentrated Digital Technology Park, next-generation industrial parks, and the Southeast Region’s key transportation corridors.

Planning – Development Status

The project is aligned with the Binh Duong Provincial Master Plan 2021–2030, with Vision to 2050 (approved under Decision No. 790/QD-TTg dated 3 August 2024). The development is positioned within:

• A designated Science, Technology, Urban and Service Growth Zone;
• A strategic urban development corridor integrated with regional transport infrastructure;
• A priority area for transforming existing industrial and commercial land into a next-generation urban innovation district.

The project is also consistent with the city’s long-term urban development strategy. Land-use planning updates, zoning adjustments, and housing development approvals are being progressed in coordination with the relevant authorities to support the next phase of implementation.

The project site is under IMPCO’s direct ownership and management, with secured land-use rights, providing a strong foundation for project execution.
