DTL Rubber is a landmark Vietnam–Laos investment project jointly developed to strengthen economic cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and the Lao provinces of Champasak and Salavan. Established under an investment license granted by the Government of Laos in 2007, the project represents a total investment exceeding VND 1.3 trillion. DTL Rubber specializes in the cultivation, processing, and export of natural rubber products, including SVR 3L, SVR 10, and Constant Viscosity (CV) rubber.

The company has been licensed to develop more than 10,000 hectares of rubber plantations in Laos, with over 6,700 hectares successfully established and managed. Its products are exported to major regional markets, including South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Vietnam. Committed to sustainable development, DTL Rubber is implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and has invested USD 1.5 million in a modern wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 1,000 m³ per day, ensuring full environmental compliance. Beyond business performance, DTL Rubber has become a model of responsible investment, creating stable employment for more than 1,600 local workers, investing in education, transportation, and community infrastructure, and receiving prestigious honors from both the Governments of Laos and Vietnam in recognition of its contributions to economic development and bilateral cooperation.
